No. If you already have suitable artwork, please check our Artwork Requirements before ordering. If you do not have print-ready artwork, we can create or prepare a layout for you through our Artwork Design Service.

We offer three levels of artwork support:

Basic Artwork — £15
Simple text and layout work, up to 15 minutes of design time and 1 revision.

Standard Artwork — £30
Text, logo and images, up to 30 minutes of design time and 2 revisions.

Advanced Artwork — £55
More involved layout and composition with multiple images or logos, up to 1 hour of design time and 3 revisions.

We will contact you before carrying out any additional design work. Extra work is charged at £30 per additional half-hour and is only carried out after you approve it.

No. The Artwork Design Service covers design and layout only. Printed products are purchased separately.

Please provide as much useful information as possible, including:

• the wording or text you need
• your preferred colours
• your logo, if you have one
• any images you would like included
• a short description of how you would like the design to look
• any relevant website or social media links
• any additional notes that may help us understand your requirements

Where supported, you can upload files such as PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, JPG, JPEG and PNG.

Yes. We will send you a PDF proof for approval before production.

Choose the package that most closely matches your requirements. If your job needs more design work than the selected package includes, we will contact you before carrying out or charging for any additional work.

Please check our Artwork Requirements to make sure your file is suitable for printing.

Where artwork upload is available on a product page, use the upload field provided before adding the product to your cart. Please check our Artwork Requirements first if you are supplying your own print-ready artwork.

Yes. Supplied artwork is reviewed as part of the order process. If there is an obvious issue that prevents us from using the file, we can contact you before production.

For artwork created through our Artwork Design Service, we send a PDF proof for approval before production.

Yes. Delivery options are available on relevant products and will be shown during the ordering process where applicable.

Yes. Local customers can collect their order from Purple Signs. Collection arrangements can be confirmed once your order is ready.

Yes. Our Fit Your Own Vehicle Graphics option is designed for customers who want supplied graphics ready for them to fit themselves.

Please contact us if you need a size, layout or product option that is not shown online. We can advise whether a custom or larger version is available.

Yes. For larger graphics or requirements that fall outside the standard online options, please contact Purple Signs so we can discuss the job with you.
